This past Friday, Madden 21 was released. Ten years ago, this might have seemed like the stuff of gamers’ dreams! But shortly after the game was released, gamers took to social media to shed some light on their experiences with the game. And, it’s not looking so good… Gaming Consultant, Allen Chi takes note:
Electronic Arts (EA) is in big trouble after their release of Madden 21 has done anything but please football fans and gamers alike. After experiencing several glitches and bugs on the day of release, Madden 21 is shaping up to be a disaster. So much so that gamers are taking to social media to air out their concerns. Some are even demanding that the NFL take its name off of future Madden releases put out by EA Sports.
One Twitter user went so far as to show a comparison between the Superbowl celebrations in Madden 17 – 21. The result shows a pretty lackluster event on the more recent side of the franchise. Allen Chi certainly isn’t alone in his disappointment with this release… only time will tell if Madden 22 will be touched by EA Sports or if something else will be on the horizon.
